Bingham Ag Services is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Blackfoot, ID

Bingham Ag Services is currently seeking an Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing customer service for walk-in customers, directing traffic to appropriate personnel and working to solve problems and provide answers. The Office Coordinator processes, reconciles, and works with carriers and the agronomy team to complete
fertilizer and chemical delivery paperwork.

The Office Coordinator will primarily be focused on:

· Answer incoming calls and direct to proper department.

· Assist customers with questions on billing, receiving, and product delivery.

· Enter payments, balance cash daily, prepare and submit deposit.

· Process customer billing invoices, accounts payable and product receiving accurately.

· Manage office and its duties that may include scheduling, following-up, trouble shooting, ect.

· Understand and regulate inventory management and reconciliation processes and procedures.

· Conduct and complete physical count of inventory monthly, quarterly, and annually.

· Run annual inventory reports and assist accounting team as needed.

· Process and code vendor invoices for payments.

· Maintain regular communication with location manager to address inventory, vendor, and customer needs. Includes writing blending and delivery tickets.

· Assign customer fertilizer deliveries.

· Manually enter customer deliveries.

· Sort and distribute paperwork, flyers, invitations, invoices, and statements.

· Support other AR/AP and receiving positions by helping them know how to reconcile and keep deliveries current, research loads and request paperwork from carriers.

· Keep reconciliation and assign current and monitor month end requirements.

The preferred candidate for the Office Coordinator will have the following:

· Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.

· Two or more years’ experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll or
related field.

· One to two years’ experience in inventory management or AR/AP management.

· Strong mathematical and calculation skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Mechanically oriented and able to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
